Summer break is right around the corner! I love summer break because our schedules are flexible and our days are filled with fun activities. I’m so excited to share with you my stress-free summer bucket list for kids. But before I begin, let’s go over a couple things. I know some mamas can get overwhelmed by the thought of a summer bucket list. It can seem like a long list of activities that need to get done. However, I encourage you to change your mindset on that. A summer bucket list can simply serve as a list of ideas that your kid’s can do throughout the summer. If your kids are not in a summer camp then there might be days when boredom kicks in. This is why I enjoy creating a bucket list whenever I need some activities for my kids.
Another reason why summer bucket lists can be great is because it can create structure. As a former teacher, I understand that structure is helpful for kids. Summer break can be a good balance of a flexible and structured schedule. Simply planning out a couple activities for the day can be helpful. Also, for any work-from-home mamas, it’s important to be able to balance getting your work done and also providing activities for your kids so they can independently have fun. So check out this stress-free summer bucket list for kids.
